Abstract
This paper examines the shortcomings of traditional valuation methods for cryptocurrencies and explores alternative and emerging models, including onchain\r\nmetrics, network approaches, and artificial intelligence. It proposes a multilayer model integrating economic, technological, legal, and behavioral variables, highlighting practical implications for companies, investors, regulators, and legal professionals.
