A general framework for the evaluation of training interventions is presented and discussed. Some preliminary and introductory considerations are followed by the exposition of the framework itself. The framework consists in the identification of 8 steps which identify the different stages of an evaluation process. These stages are crossed with the actors involved in each steps. Finally, some conclusions are drawn focusing on the framework main features.
