Abstract
The strength and muscular endurance are two important components of fitness. In the protocols of work for the recovery or for the maintenance of a good level of physical form, the strength training plays a significant role. Values allow optimal muscular fitness to perform normal daily activities with less effort and, therefore, a saving of energy by the body. But not only. In fact prevent the onset of problems in loading of the lumbar, spine or musculo-skeletal injuries.\r\n\r\n The assessment of levels of strength and muscular endurance are the first step to proper planning of weight training. Without these parameters, in fact, there is a risk not so much to use loads that are too high, but rather to propose workout excessively light and, therefore, not workout, not able to produce significant changes. In proposing tests to investigate the real state of muscular fitness should take into consideration the age, sex, state of overall fitness. In this way you can select the most appropriate investigative protocol to avoid overestimating or underestimating the muscular fitness.
