Abstract
The essay presents the results of a comparative evaluation of 4 case studies dealing with the testing of a training courses evaluation model applied to private manufacturing companies of northern Italy. After a brief description of the evaluation process implemented, each case is presented in its methodological and content profile. Some conclusions are finally drawn on these two points.
