Abstract
Some preliminary and introductory considerations concerning training programs evaluation are presented and discusses. The main evaluation models regarding employees' training programs are illustrated with a distinction between functionalist and constructivist approaches. Conclusions are taken in coeherence with the other parts of the volume specific section.
