Abstract
The EU Commission and Parliament as well as National Lawmakers believe that simplified types of Limited Liability Companies would encourage young money-less people in assuming entrepreneurial risks. The theory is fuzzy and the implementation is poor. The chapter describes critically the Italian version of the Simplified LLC, and gives some solutions of the open problems in implementing the system.
