Abstract
The essay explores some plays and performances focused on Christ as character.The point of view of the authors ( Diego Fabbri,Mario Luzi, Giovanni Raboni, Giovanni Testori) and of the artists (Rodrigo Garcia)is both, positive or negative towards the topic. The essay explores also the specific technique of each text and performance and finds out the sources in modern or ancient genres.
