Abstract
Ruling on the liquidation of permanent non-pecuniary damage to health, the judges of the Cassation, with an articulated motivation, outline a sort of ''juridical statute'' of the compensation of the damage in the form of a life annuity pursuant to art. 2057 code civ., focusing, in particular, on the criteria from adopt for its concrete determination and on the (discretionary) powers of the judge.
