The primary objective of this article is to scrutinize Italy’s diplomatic\r\nactions during the Berlin Congress, specifically in relation to the arrangements\r\nconcerning Montenegro, within the broader framework of international relations\r\nhistory. This study seeks to elucidate Italy’s strategic maneuvers in the Adriatic\r\nand Balkan region during the Berlin Congress. Additionally, the article investi-\r\ngates Italy’s apparent utilization of the Ottoman-Montenegrin War to establish\r\npolitical and cultural influence in Montenegro and the wider Balkan region.\r\nConsequently, the present work offers valuable insights into Italian perspectives\r\non the Eastern Question, and it delves into the multifaceted issues, fervor, and\r\ndiscourses that shaped the post-Montenegrin question relations between Italy and\r\nits Adriatic and Balkan counterparts.
