Abstract
The article deals with the Swedish pension system, which relies, like the Italian one, upon the three pillars of the mandatory public pension, occupational pension schemes and private individual pension insurance. The two authors deepen not only the juridical regulation of occupational pensions, but also the structure and content of the most important collective agreements that contain occupational pension schemes.
