Abstract
The essay is a contribute about the relationships between abstract art of the Fifties-Sixties and futurism heritage, in the peculiar way the Italian artist Piero Dorazio played a role in this kind of relation. Piero Dorazio, indeed, has been one of the artist based in Rome after the Second World War who helps to rediscover Balla's art and in his paintings of the Sixties dedicated a personal hommage to the futurist painter.
