Abstract
The essay describes the structure and dynamics of Autonomous Province of Trento Vocational Training system. Three are the main contents: in a first part a general overview of training supply is presented; in the second section the results of some placement analysis are presented and discussed; in the past part the issue of "training quality" is coped with using evidences deriving from a training actions monitoring activity.
