Abstract
The aim of this article is to observe plurilingual competence strategies in Italian learners of Spanish and Spanish learners of Italian as a foreign language during e-tandem interaction. The goal is to identify which strategies and actitudes foster this competence and which, instead, could limit potencial that the knowledge of a cognate language implies in order to activate plurilingual competence.
