Abstract
This article analyses the evolutionof some Italian brands in the dairy sector during the Eighties of last century. During the eihties in the dairy sector, the acquisition of invernizzi by the American Krsft (1985) and that of Galbani by the partnership Ifil-Danone were the most important events.
