Abstract
Despite the dramatic ongoing crisis, there are experiences in it of which all of us can and should make good use, as now and tomorrow. Among them, the new and fundamental one both for legal professionals and for ordinary citizens; the vision of a world of rules on whose observance or transgression people's lives are being played out. Rules that seem to set themselves listening to the language with which life, nature and the environment speak to us. From now on, the entire regulatory system should recover essentiality recovering essentiality, in content and extension from the exercise of this listening learning how to get rid of an excess of coercion and to make everyoon develop one’s own sense of responsibility, respect and conscienca.
