Introduzione

Origin and development of the "Law and Literature" movement are described, but this introduction to the book especially aims at emphasizing the quite characteristic methods and features of a collection of essays dealing properly with "Justice and Literature". Thus the scope of the work doesn't lie simply in showing how literature can contribute to the experiences, understanding and professional tasks of lawyers, but moreover how it could enhance their "sense of justice" and ability to master the esential tool of any legal practice and theory, namely the language.
