N2 - In this editorial, we invite healthcare workers to link the \r\nevidence-based necessity with the necessity of considering \r\nthe intrinsic component of it, i.e. uncertainty and vulner\r\nability. We stimulate our readers and contributors to consider \r\nthe concept of antifragility and the exercise of narration, to make sense of our experiences and of the many possibilities \r\nthat we have in an uncertain world.\r\n Constructing narratives is a powerful and collective tool \r\nto create a sense of identity as individuals and as communi\r\nties by enabling people to voice thoughts and feelings about \r\nreality, to give order and sense to the events, and to create \r\nmemories of them.
