Abstract
The play is a topic of considerable interest for different research communities,
it is a common denominator in different scientific fields and its
importance becomes increasingly evident. This essay aims to highlight the
contribution of Active Breaks to the processes of learning and motor development
of the child through operational proposals and practical content
in line with the National Indications for the Curriculum of primary and
secondary school.
