Abstract
Human resource management is increasingly viewed as pivotal for organizational strategies in changing and complex competitive environments. In this – not unambiguous – landscape, Catholic Social Doctrine provides significant insights and implications which can be translated into indications for action referred to key areas of human resource management (recruitment, training, etc.), also including a moral dimension that resonates with today’s pursuit of sustainable business models.
