Abstract
The article describes the development of occupational welfare at firm level in Italy, showing how this development is fragmented and concentrated in some types of businesses. In the perspective of Responsible Welfare, it is instead believed that these forms of welfare should take on a territorial perspective, building partnerships with public and non-profit actors.
