Il welfare responsabile e le sfide del territorio bresciano

The article is constructed as an attempt at dialogue between the global dimension of socio-economic phenomena and the local dimension of territorial welfare policies, which represent the closest level of response to the needs of citizens. This option takes place within the reference framework of the "Responsible Welfare", that is the welfare model that assumes as its basic ideas the centrality of the person and the responsibility of various actors (public administrations, profit companies, third sector organizations) that in an integrated way can co-construct the answers to the old and new needs of citizens and produce well-being.
