Every man naturally lives the life in tension with the reality that surrounds him and the deep desire to open to the world. From a theoretical point of view the trip is a metaphor, and it is as articulated on symmetrical categories to those of training, but also because it is an archetype of training as it has been drafted in the West through the narration of the journey of Ulysses, the tale of Pinocchio and the biblical story of Abraham. On the other hand the journey interrogates each of us so that through the testimonies of anyone can declare the valence educational travel experiences lived, we are invited to reflect, following the red wire of the reflection on the importance of the narrative as a training tool on the opening to the encounter with the other in an intercultural exchange and finally on the possibility of a true knowledge of themselves and of the world. The journey adult is therefore equally transformative metaphor and existential.
