Il ruolo svolto dalle fonti bilaterali in tema di patrimonio archivistico ecclesiastico nella “comunicazione della conoscenza”

There are three main themes in this study. First, it highlights the role that State – Catholic Church cooperation have played regarding ecclesiastical archival heritage. Second, it underlines how the Agreement of Villa Madama have had a sort of knock-on effect: thanks to this milestone, after a first series of agreements, new administrative protocols have been established, even if with a different juridical value. Finally, the importance of these choices is observed in a more general framework of “knowledge communication”.
