Abstract
The introduction of the RUNTS (National Single Register of the Third Sector) gives rise to coordination problems with the other registers in which the ETS (Third Sector Body) may be registered: Register of Legal Entities; Business Register. Interferences cause difficulties in the event of misalignment of the information data resulting from the registers and of the rules relating to their respective different effects. The essay identifies the key issues and suggests solutions systematically consistent with the general principles of public registers, in an approach that is attentive to constitutionally oriented interpretation and evolutionary trends of law.
