Abstract
The complexity of the role of pedagogical coordinator constitutes an engaging aspect for educational research and at the same time an essential training ground for supporting those who move in educational contexts dense with images of childhood, which permeate educational practices. In relation to the specificity of this role, its laborious legitimisation and the different role assignments, the paper presents the results of a research-training path that has made it possible to search for the implicit, unspoken and sometimes not fully aware aspects that affect pedagogical coordination.
