Abstract
The contribution is the chapter of the book devoted to the German experience of regulating temporary agency work. Germany is characterised by a development of the legislation which is quite different from that of the majority of other European Countries. Indeed, in recent years legislator has introduced new limits to the use of temporary agency work.
