Abstract
Within the yearly report on migrations in Italy (24th edition) realized by ISMU Foundation, this chapter describes the main trends and perspectives concerning the working inclusion of foreign workers. A special attention is devoted to the refugees crises and ist impact on the labour market and on the long-term sustainability of the processes of integration.
