Abstract
The article analyzes the regulatory framework on environmental protection and aims to formulate some proposals as to obtain a greater involvement of the legal person in the prevention of crimes against ecological matrices. In particular, after highlighting the profiles of ineffectiveness of the existing regulatory framework, the author questions about feasible strategies to make the organization more involved in the definition of the preventive organizational chart. In this perspective, the contribution analyzes the possibilities of establishing a dialogical and participatory management of environmental risk, involving both the institution and the State. Finally, the article examines the possibility of creating a new form of offence, directly referable to the corporation, as a means of closing the system of environmental protection.
