Abstract
The Author consider the similar control in public companies by the origin of the institution. He studies the conditions for control, considering the evolution of national and Community jurisprudence. In particular, the contribution looks to the problem of joint similar control and the corporate governance, considering its discipline in the Public Companies Law. The problem of control is included in the in-house providing.
