Abstract
After treating the positions of historiography historical-legal of the Commercial Code (1807), this article analyzes the unpublished judgments of the Commercial court of Monteleone in Calabria (1812). Finally, it deals with the “Observations” on the Code of Calabria’s courts (1814). This contribution is the result of an extensive research of archive.
