The paper deals with reflection considering it not only an important tool for teachers’ practice but also a fundamental dimension of professional identity; thanks to a reflective habitus teacher in fact can at the beginning explore the context and plan interventions, during the process analyze actions and modify behaviour in order to answer to students’ needs, after evaluate the efficacy of action.
