Abstract
To quantify the risk of misdiagnosis of focal hepatic lesions manifesting at ultrasonography (US) as typical hemangiomas in a population at high risk for hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) and to identify the most effective approach to their diagnostic evaluation.
