Abstract
Several interpretations of Heb. 10 have concluded thaht the author intended discredit the ancient cult to replace it with a spiritual cult. The contribution shows that in the light of the biblical tradition, constantly referred to by the author, it emerges that he also contrasts sacrifice and oboedience, and in so doing he takes part to the discussion spread i Judaism subsequent to the distructon of the Jerusalem Temple.
