Abstract
Trans-radial approach (TRA) reduces vascular access-site complications but has some technical limitations. Usually, TRA procedures are performed using 5 Fr or 6 Fr sheaths, whereas complex interventions requiring larger sheaths are approached by trans-femoral access.
