Abstract
This contribution is in continuity with an article previously published in 2020 in\r\nConsultori familiari oggi. It illustrates the rapid developments that, in the space\r\nof a few years of intense research activity on the Family Impact Lens, have led first to the registration in 2020 of the FamILens® trademark by the Centro di Ateneo Studi e Ricerche sulla Famiglia and subsequently to the reconnection of the strand of studies on the relational and family quality of services and on best practices with family impact analysis: this led to hypothesize a new model, the FamILens. COM, in which the ability to positively impact on family relationships appears to be the primary objective and distinctive character of best practices in human services.
