Abstract
This essay intends to reflect on the legacy of Laudato si’,\r\nfocusing in particular on the strategic importance of a pedagogically\r\ncharacterized food education, to develop training\r\ncourses that include updated knowledge related to the world\r\nof food, skills to learn how to choose healthy and environmentally\r\nfriendly nutritional lifestyles and habits. It will be\r\nnecessary to take charge, through the legacy of planning of\r\nLaudato si’, for the ecological sustainability of the agri-food\r\nsupply chains, as well as for global access to food and water\r\nas survival resources, universal rights that cannot yet be guaranteed\r\nto all inhabitants of the Earth: in the coming years,\r\nefficient and respectful development cooperation networks\r\nwill have to be created, for a future of greater social justice\r\nand authentic sustainability.
