Abstract
The availability of new technological equipment at school adapts and improves the methodology of language teaching. Thanks to ICT learners can approach what is elsewhere and they can get in touch with new models of language. In particular audiovisual aids have been used in language learning since 1970s. The teaching unit suggested considers the use of a cartoon, Les 12 Travaux d’Astérix by R. Goscinny and A. Uderzo, as an audiovisual text, in order to develop and integrate the basic skills, and as a tool, in order to focus on some grammar structures (the future tense and the conditional clauses).
