Abstract
Globalization is affecting communities, companies and public entities.
It is both considered an opportunity and a threat at the same time. This
book aims at addressing the effects of globalization on multinational
corporations and developing countries. Specifically it presents a literature
review highlighting how the concepts of being global and of globalization
do not represent – from an academic point of view – a new
field of study.
