Abstract
Hope is not a deceptive illusion or an unlikely aspiration, it is the virtue that allows us to live and survive the critical situations of life. The logo therapy of Viktor Frankl is an intervention aimed at awakening and sustaining hope where the future seems closed and every alternative appears impossible. In today's world, many young people are affected by despair and lack of meaning in life, due to collective pessimism and loss of confidence in the future. It is necessary an education to hope capable of returning people the ability to protect their existence: a task at the same time psycho-pedagogical and socio-political, which has to combine the development of the person with the promotion of positive contexts and healthy conditions.
