Abstract
Having defined the perimeter of the notion of ecological transition,\r\nthe essay aims to identify what the contact profiles between the latter and megaprojects\r\nmight be. In particular, the research intends to investigate what role taxation\r\ncould play in the implementation of sustainablemega-projects. In this perspective,\r\nthe essay concludes with some reflections on the configurability of circular\r\nmegaprojects whose realisation is also promoted through the use of specific fiscal\r\nmeasures.
