Abstract
The volume is based on the results of a national study on diversity management practices implemented by Italian companies and addressed to immigrant workers (cf. Monaci, Zanfrini, "Una macchina in moto col freno tirato", 2020); from here it proposes and discusses a set of indications and tips for action useful for work organizations - businesses and not only - interested in including foreign workers and enhancing both their human capital and potential.
