The article examines the new text of art. 29 of Law no. 241 of 1990, as modified, most recently, by Law no. 69 of 2009. Specifically, the work highlights the legislator's intention to reassert a common approach in administrative practice throughout the national territory, extending the applicability of procedural law to public administrations as whole. This intention is confirmed by the fact that, also leaving aside art. 29 of Law no. 241 of 1990, a series of other recent provisions have underlined the centrality of Law no. 241 of 1990 in the legal framework.
