Abstract
The article reflects about the possibility to find relational actions in schools to youth difficulties. It considers both case and organizational level. From the results of a study in Provincia Autonoma di Trento secondary schools the article suggests that the matching between relational action at case level and care policies in organization produces effective and meaningful support both to students and teatchers.
