Abstract
The subject relates to the Italian development of strict liability in\r\nthe last decades. The author points out the different levels at which\r\nthe analysis can be carried out, specifically distinguishing between\r\ndiscourse from meta-discourse and, in the latter, between dogmatic\r\nand general theory.
