Abstract
The article focuses on the importanti methodological and cultural consequences of the use of internet in Humanities, above all in History. Ours is an era in which the Humanists have the potential to play an important role in this context, because the internet itself is - in fact - an infinitely expanding, partially mediated archive. But we need digital Humanists to face this new challenge.
