Abstract
The article explores the interconnections between inclusive teaching, educational design, and skill development, highlighting how the adoption of cooperative methodologies and the integration of digital technologies can foster more equitable and participatory learning environments. Through the analysis of teaching practices centered on inclusion and cooperation, the author proposes strategies to value diversity and promote the educational success of all students, with particular attention to special educational needs. The article emphasizes the importance of flexible and competency-based educational design, capable of addressing contemporary educational challenges and creating more welcoming and inclusive school contexts
