The research attempts to face the issues regarding possibility to recover pecuniary and non-pecuniary damages from wrongful birth, both in terms of checking the hypothetical existence of the requirements for interrupting the pregnancy, both about the objective and subjective qualifications for allowing the claim for compensation in the system of civil liability for breach of contract.
