Abstract
Within the legal framework aimed at facilitating the customer’s exit from banking relationships, the paper addresses the main issues posed by the regulatory framework on payment account switching in relation to its rationale and the framework concerning the agency agreement: in these perspectives it also questions the appropriateness of the limitation of its scope to consumers and its possible extension to the switching of the deposit of securities.
