N2 - A 59-year-old man undergoing dialysis was admitted to our hospital with lower limb ischemia; he had a story of long-term use of phosphate and potassium chelator. Because of anemia and repeated episodes of bowel bleeding, he underwent colonoscopy with a biopsy of the ileocecal valve and ulcerative lesions of the proximal descending colon
