Abstract
The pedagogical perspective addresses the issue of work life balance, recognizing the complexity and the need to deal with it without favoring one of the two terms. This article focuses on two topics about this theme: the responsibility of the different actors involved and the strategic role of training. \r\nWith regard to the first issue, the article highlighted the commitment of the network composed of various actors (workers, families, employers, policy and services) to help work life balance. \r\nAbout the second issue, it point out that training can be for employers and workers opportunity to discuss and reflect on their organization, opportunity to change.
